Gen AI apps can be great to get a marketing copy project off the ground but I find the copy is bland and lacks “stickiness” — memorable/impactful. Here are some great tips to give it the human touch ——>


Punk CX with Adrian Swinscoe — All of Adrian’s content is fantastic and highly useful to marketers. I had the pleasure of working with him on a podcast for CGS and promoting his Forbes post. This particular episode, The Brand Connectome, is great and I got a lot out of it — VERY relevant in the age of AI where it is tempting to just let AI take the wheel for content development.


I worked with Adrian Swinscoe (Internationally known CX influencer) to get this podcast developed and produced. I did all pre and post promotions (social & emails).


So many excellent nuggets of wisdom from hard-earned experience in this one.


This difference between a pretty interface and one that builds business. Sorry, no shortcut here — taking the time to understand and synthesize all relevant data, interpretations and influences.

UX is grounded in rationale not design.


I really like this brainstorm process — it ensures even the quiet people in the room participate and contribute.
